 2008년 난지창작스튜디오에서 아침마다 작업실 문을 열면,
나 혼자 쓴다고 생각했던 작업실 바닥에 많은 인생들이 누워있다.
내가 모르는 사이, 나와 같은 공간에서 평생을 살다,
내가 모르는 사이 떠난, 작은 생명들을 기억하고 기록해 본다.

In 2008, when I opened the door of my studio in Nanji Art Studio every morning
there were many lives lying down where I thought I was working alone.
I remembered and recorded those small lives who lived their entire lives
in the same place with me and left while I was ignorant.
